Sharing and Export¶
Resource Analyzer provides multiple options for saving, sharing, and exporting your analysis results.
Saving Analysis Views¶
Save Current View¶
- Click the Save button in the toolbar
- All current settings and filters are preserved
- View state is saved to the project
Discard Changes¶
- Click the Discard button
- Confirm the discard action
- Returns to last saved state
Unsaved Changes
Discarding changes cannot be undone. Save important configurations before discarding.
Sharing Analysis¶
Share Link¶
- Click the Share button
in the toolbar - Link is automatically copied to clipboard
- Recipients must have project access
- The latest saved view settings will apply when the user opens the link
Access Control¶
- Only users with project access can view shared links
- Organization permissions apply to shared analyses
- Links remain valid until underlying data changes

Exporting Results¶
Download Options¶
Access download options through the download button:

- Complete resource estimate data
- Suitable for programmatic analysis
- Includes all metrics and relationships

PNG Format
- Raster image of current view
- Best for presentations
- Includes all visible elements

SVG Format
- Vector graphic of current view
- Suitable for publications
- Scalable without quality loss
Export Best Practices¶

- Use SVG format
- Include relevant filters
- Add title and copyright if needed

- Use PNG format
- Consider color scheme
- Crop the image after export to focus on relevant sections

- Export JSON data
- Include all metrics

Publication Quality
When preparing visualizations for publication:
- Apply appropriate filters
- Use clear color scaling
- Export as SVG
- Include relevant metrics
